New News?

I finished watching last night's episode of Master Chef (which was totally epic!), when the Fox 13 9:00 news started. As I was watching just because I was bored, they started a story on the state running out of liquor licenses, and needing more. As I continued watching, a clip of my parents from years ago suddenly appeared! Is it just me or is that kind of odd?! I have no idea when or how this was shot, I don't even know what restaurant they are at. But, seriously what are the odds of this? I never watch the news, so it was weird that I was seeing it at all, but the fact that they have random (stalker-like) footage is even more weird!
